After the devastating fire that closed the Penn Yan Diner in May 2024, the Penn Yan Diner team launched The Pancake Truck to raise money for rebuilding.
Serving all your Penn Yan Diner breakfast favorites, our mobile food truck is available for booking at locations around Yates County and the Village of Penn Yan. All profits from the truck go toward rebuilding our beloved Penn Yan Diner.
